Michele De Pascale promotes healthcare initiatives in Emilia-Romagna
Michele De Pascale, President of the Emilia-Romagna region, is conducting several initiatives focused on regional policy and healthcare. In Medesano, De Pascale inaugurated the new Casa della Comunità, an expansion of existing health services funded by the PNRR with a total cost exceeding 1.6 million euros. The facility operates 12 hours a day, seven days a week, integrating primary medicine, specialist services, prevention, and social care to promote proximity-based healthcare.
Additionally, De Pascale is scheduled to participate in the Festa dell’Unità in Ferrara on September 14. The event will include a public debate regarding regional politics and the challenges facing Emilia-Romagna. A specific session titled “Sanità – Prendersi cura del futuro” (Healthcare – Taking care of the future) will address national healthcare policies and the stability of the health service in the region, featuring discussions with Marina Sereni of the Partito Democratico and regional councilors.
