Michelin Guide expands coverage to include all of Colorado

The 2026 Michelin Guide is set to expand its coverage in Colorado, moving beyond specific paid cities to include the entire state. This change means municipalities such as Aurora, Grand Junction, and Golden are now eligible for recognition. The official announcement of the new selections is scheduled for September 14.

Denver's culinary landscape continues to evolve, featuring a mix of Michelin-recognized tasting menus and chef-driven neighborhood establishments. Notable dining destinations include Tavernetta in Union Station, Hop Alley in the RiNo district, and Annette in Aurora. New establishments such as Pig & Tiger, Madeline, and Heritik are also emerging as significant players in the regional food scene.
