In Utah, the guide identified six restaurants in Salt Lake City and three in Park City.

Arizona received 19 total selections in the inaugural Southwest guide. While no Arizona restaurants earned MICHELIN Stars, the state led the region in Bib Gourmand awards with seven designations, including FnB, Huarachis Taqueria, Kid Sister, Little Miss BBQ, Lom Wong, Pizzeria Bianco, and Valentine.

Specialized honors in Arizona included the MICHELIN Young Chef Award for René Andrade of Bacanora and Huarachis Taqueria, the MICHELIN Mindful Voices Award for Charleen Badman of FnB, and the MICHELIN Sommelier Award for John Germain of RESERVE.
