MICHELIN Guide unveils inaugural Southwest restaurant selection
The MICHELIN Guide has released its inaugural selection for the American Southwest, covering restaurants across Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. During a ceremony at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Restaurant de Joël Robuchon was awarded Two MICHELIN Stars. Other One-Star recipients include é by José Andrés, Guy Savoy Las Vegas, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Las Vegas, and Monte in Utah.
The full selection includes 64 eateries across 24 cuisine types, featuring Bib Gourmand distinctions and recommended restaurants. In New Mexico, Bib Gourmand honors were given to Frontier Restaurant, Jambo Cafe, La Choza, Paper Dosa, and Tia Sophia’s, while Campo on Los Poblanos received a Michelin recommendation. In Santa Fe, Arroyo Vino, Izanami, and Joseph’s Pub were also noted as recommended establishments.
Separately, Bon Appétit named Leo’s in Santa Fe as one of the 19 best new restaurants of 2026, highlighting its Thai and Malay-inspired menu.
