Michoacán expands digital government services via Ventanilla Digital

The Michoacán State Secretariat of Finance and Administration has highlighted the digital tools available through the Ventanilla Digital de Trámites Estatales. State treasurer Luis Navarro promoted the platform as a transparent and efficient way for citizens to manage government interactions without intermediaries.

Key services include ‘Factura Fácil’, which allows users to generate invoices for all payments made to the Michoacán government; ‘Verificador de Comprobantes’, used to verify the authenticity of documents; and ‘Descarga tu Recibo’, which enables users to download payment receipts for online procedures. The administration of Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla continues to support the digitalization and simplification of state procedures to improve service speed and transparency.
