Xbox Game Pass expands July 2026 catalog and adds Abyssus shooter

Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass announced its July 2026 lineup, confirming a mix of remakes, indie releases and new content. Highlights include the Halo: Campaign Evolved remake with a new pre‑lude mission, the full‑version launch of Palworld 1.0, and indie titles such as Denshattack! and Winds of Arcana: Ruination. The service will roll out titles throughout the month in two announcement waves, with further surprises expected.

In the same week, Game Pass added the first‑person cooperative roguelike Abyssus, developed by DoubleMoose Games. Set in a sunken civilization, the game offers solo and team play, customizable weapons and progression that rewards repeated runs. Abyssus is available on Xbox consoles, PC, cloud streaming, mobile devices and compatible Smart TVs, reinforcing Game Pass’s cross‑platform reach.
