Mike Collins Senate campaign tied to neo‑Nazi influencer

U.S. Representative Mike Collins, the Trump‑endorsed Republican candidate for the Georgia Senate seat, has close connections to social‑media figure David Alan Scheer II. Scheer, who is married to Collins’ daughter Summer, has a history of posting white‑supremacist and neo‑Nazi content, including praise for the Patriot Front group and anti‑Jewish conspiracy theories. CNN reported that Scheer attended Collins’ primary‑election night party, helped produce promotional material for Collins’ trucking company, and is registered to vote at a property owned by Collins.

The investigation also notes that Collins himself has faced criticism for sharing racist material, such as a video of Ole Miss students mocking a Black protester. The revelations come as Collins challenges Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff in a closely watched race.
