Mike Evans expected to return to 49ers after bye week

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans is expected to return to action in Week 9 following the team's Week 8 bye. Evans has been sidelined due to Achilles tendonitis, an overuse injury, alongside previous rib and hip issues.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan indicated that Evans has a chance to return for the matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Other key players, including Deebo Samuel and Nick Bosa, also have opportunities to return to the lineup. Additionally, running back Christian McCaffrey is managing a mild hamstring strain but is not expected to miss any upcoming games.
