Milan and Napoli pursue €50m and €15m player deals
Italian Serie A side AC Milan are in advanced talks to sign Portuguese centre‑back Gonçalo Inácio from Sporting CP for a fee reported around €50 million. The move is driven by new Milan coach Rubén Amorim, who previously worked with the 24‑year‑old and sees him as a key component for a modern, ball‑playing defence.
Meanwhile Napoli are preparing to sell Cameroonian midfielder Frank Zambo Anguissa. The club has set a minimum price of €15 million and has fielded interest from Turkish side Beşiktaş, which is looking to strengthen its squad with the 30‑year‑old’s experience in Serie A and international competition. Both clubs aim to balance their books and reshape their squads ahead of the upcoming season.
