Millau and Sainte‑Marie de Ré Summer Fairs Set Traffic Restrictions

The Millau summer fair on 6 August will occupy Place du Mandarous, Boulevard de Bonald, Place de la Capelle and Boulevard de la Capelle. The city will prohibit all vehicle parking in the designated zones from 18:00 on 5 August until midnight on 6 August, with limited exceptions on specific streets. Vehicle circulation will also be banned on several main boulevards and streets during the fair, with a two‑way flow allowed only on Rue Louis Julié from 06:00 to midnight on 6 August.

In Sainte‑Marie de Ré, a series of local exhibitions and community events are scheduled from 3 to 9 August 2026, including a market of creators, concerts, traditional fêtes, and workshops organized by the municipal council and the Comité des Fêtes et d’Animations. Activities such as the “Fête de La Noue,” musical evenings, and marine‑themed workshops will take place at various public squares and parks throughout the summer period.
