Milorad Dodik alleges election fraud via voting technology in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Milorad Dodik has raised serious allegations regarding the integrity of the upcoming election process in Bosnia and Herzegovina, claiming that technology and scanners, rather than voters or political parties, have become the primary drivers of the electoral system.

Dodik asserted that the current ballot design is intended to accommodate scanners rather than facilitate ease of use for voters. He described the ballots as resembling lottery or bingo tickets, noting they feature numbers instead of candidate names and require accompanying literature for voters to identify their choices.

Furthermore, Dodik criticized the Central Election Commission (CIK) for failing to address technical concerns, including system congestion, Wi-Fi stability, voter identification speeds, and the security of data transfers via VPN tunnels. He warned that these technical and legal issues could lead to a collapse of the process on October 4.
