Enem 2026 registration deadline ends Friday, June 5

The registration period for Brazil's 2026 National High School Exam (Enem) closes on Friday, 5 June. Candidates must complete their application exclusively through the Inep’s Página do Participante portal, confirming personal data, choosing a foreign‑language option (English or Spanish), and, if needed, requesting accessibility resources or name‑social treatment. The exam fee is R$ 85, payable by 10 June via Pix, credit/debit card or boleto. Students from public schools are automatically pre‑registered but still must confirm participation; those with fee exemptions must also log in to validate their status. The two‑day exam will be held on 8 and 15 November at roughly 10 000 venues nationwide, with about 80 % of public‑school candidates expected to sit the test at their own schools. Results are used for university admission through Sisu, Prouni and Fies and can certify high‑school completion for applicants over 18. The Ministry of Education is also exploring logistical support for students needing to travel to a different municipality for the test.
