Mini launches limited John Cooper Works GP Inspired in Brazil

Mini has launched the John Cooper Works GP Inspired, a limited edition model celebrating the brand's 67th anniversary. Debuting at the Festival Interlagos at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, the special edition is restricted to only 20 units for the Brazilian market.

The vehicle features a racing-inspired aesthetic, including a Legend Grey paint job paired with Chili Red accents on the roof, mirrors, wheels, and wheel arches. Design elements include Formula 1-inspired decals on the hood and C-pillars, a rear spoiler, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The interior is customized with unique door sills, specialized floor mats, and an exclusive key cover.

Mechanically, the GP Inspired is based on the Mini John Cooper Works Hatch, utilizing a 2.0-liter four-cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine producing 231 cv and 38.7 kgfm of torque, paired with a dual-clutch automatic transmission. The suggested retail price in Brazil is R$ 389,990.
