Ministry of ATR/BPN launches Bhumi digital land mapping platform

The Indonesian Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has developed Bhumi ATR/BPN, a digital mapping platform designed to provide public access to geospatial land information. Accessible via bhumi.atrbpn.go.id, the platform allows users to track land locations, shapes, and land value zones (ZNT).

In addition to land parcel maps, the platform offers 3D data for strata title units, such as apartments and flats in various Indonesian cities. Hendy Pranabowo, Director of Cadastral Measurement and Mapping, stated that the platform aims to help the public more easily recognize land information in their regions and supports public information transparency.

While the platform provides valuable geospatial data for the public, government, and professionals, officials emphasize that it is a tool for information and does not replace official land certificates or serve as a legal determination of land status.
