Ministry of Manpower conducts selection for MagangHub internship program

The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower is currently conducting the selection phase for the second batch of the National Internship Program (MagangHub) for 2026. The selection process, which runs from September 9 to September 15, 2026, is managed by various partner companies, ministries, and institutions according to their specific requirements and fields of expertise.

Darmawansyah, Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity, stated that the selection aims to align participant competencies with the needs of the partners. Results are scheduled to be announced on September 18, 2026, with the internship activities set to begin on September 21, 2026.

The program is designed to serve as a bridge for university fresh graduates transitioning from education to the professional workforce. By providing six months of structured work experience, mentorship, and exposure to professional culture, the initiative seeks to address the competency gap between formal education and real-world industry requirements.
