Overview

Interns are required to activate SIAPKerja accounts, perform digital attendance, and upload logbooks via the MagangHub platform. On their first day, participants must complete several tasks, including signing official agreements, registering bank accounts for stipends, installing the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan activation, and joining official communication channels.

To support professional development, the Ministry provides competency certification through Professional Certification Bodies (LSP) licensed by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), with the process integrated into the MagangHub website. This remains part of a broader effort to develop a highly competent workforce essential for “economic sovereignty” and industrial downstreaming.
