Ministry of Manpower mandates administrative compliance for MagangHub participants

The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has instructed participants of the MagangHub Batch 2 2026 program to maintain strict administrative discipline from their first day. Darmawansyah, Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development, emphasized that following digital procedures is essential to ensure all participant rights and obligations are met.

Participants are required to activate SIAPKerja accounts, perform digital attendance, and regularly upload logbooks and daily reports via the MagangHub platform. On the first day, interns must complete four specific tasks: signing official internship agreements, registering personal bank accounts for stipend transfers, installing the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan activation, and joining the official MagangHub WhatsApp communication channel.

Additionally, the Ministry is providing facilities for professional competency certification for those who complete the program. This certification is facilitated through Professional Certification Bodies (LSP) licensed by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), with the entire process integrated into the MagangHub website.
