Mirzec and Zielonka set dates for 2025 municipal report debates

The Gmina Council of Mirzec (Poland) announced a public debate on the 2025 Report on the State of the Municipality, to be held on 25 June 2026 at 09:00. Residents may apply in writing, supported by at least 20 signatures, to speak, with a maximum of 15 participants. After the debate the council will vote on a confidence motion for the wójt.

Similarly, the City Council of Zielonka scheduled a debate on its 2025 municipal report for 24 June 2026 at 10:00. The procedure for citizen participation mirrors Mirzec’s: written requests backed by 20 signatures, up to 15 speakers, followed by a vote on a confidence motion for the mayor. Both events are mandated by Article 28aa of the 1990 Polish Local Government Act.
