Misiones launches technical internships and specialized diplomas

Governor Hugo Passalacqua has introduced two new initiatives in Misiones, Argentina, aimed at enhancing technical training and industrial development. Through Decree No. 2164, the province established the “Técnicos en Acción” Provincial Internship Program. Managed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment in coordination with the ministries of Education, Industry, and Agriculture, the program provides technical secondary school students in their final years with two-month internships in public and private sectors to gain their first professional experiences.

Additionally, the provincial government and the National University of Misiones (UNaM) have launched two university diplomas: one in Furniture Design and Creation, and another in Food Development and Innovation. These programs are designed to add value to regional raw materials, promote innovation, and align academic training with the specific demands of the local productive sector.
