Misiones Province Secures New JetSMART Route to Buenos Aires Starting Nov 1

Governor Hugo Passalacqua and Tourism Minister José María Arrúa met with JetSMART country manager Gonzalo Pérez Corral to finalize a new air service linking Posadas in Misiones with Buenos Aires. The inaugural flight is scheduled for 1 November, with tickets priced from AR$46,300 inclusive of taxes.

The route is intended to strengthen tourism, business travel and investment for the province of more than 1.5 million residents. The provincial government is also advancing works at Posadas airport to accommodate the expected increase in operations, highlighting the partnership between the public sector and the airline as key to restoring the connection.
