The regional finale of Miss Italia Lazio 2026 was staged in the Castelli Romani area, with events held at Palazzo Colonna in Marino and at the Teatro delle Acque in Villa Torlonia, Frascati. Organized by Delta Events in partnership with the Comune di Marino, the night combined fashion, beauty and local heritage. Contestants walked a runway designed by Luigi Bornone Couture on Palazzo Colonna's historic staircase, while the Frascati venue featured couture collections from Alessandra Ciani and Maiani Accademia Moda.

Margherita Praticò hosted the ceremony, Mario Gori directed the production and Samuel Santarelli appeared as a special guest. The jury, led by former Miss Italia 2020 Martina Sambucini, awarded Veronica Paolini the title of Miss Cinema Lazio 2026, granting her the regional sash and a spot in the national pre‑finals. The event also highlighted former title‑holder Eleonora Ricca and recognized runners‑up Federica Rizza, Lucrezia Nardi and Fabiana Paris.
