Missing pet searches underway in Maipú and Saltillo

Families in Chile and Mexico are seeking public assistance to locate missing pets.

In the Sol Poniente neighborhood of Maipú, Chile, a nine-year-old small dog named Simba has been missing since October 10. Simba is described as having black and brown fur, being neutered, and possessing a microchip. He has missing teeth and an umbilical hernia. Due to his timid nature, his owners advise the public not to chase him but to approach calmly or report his location immediately.

In Saltillo, Mexico, a large, overweight mixed-breed dog named Dino has been missing since October 4. Dino escaped from his home in the Valle de las Flores Popular neighborhood after moving a garage gate. His family is offering a 5,000 peso reward for his safe return, noting that the payment will only be made once the dog is located to avoid potential extortion attempts.
