Mitsubishi Unveils New Generation Pajero SUV Ahead of 2026 Launch

Mitsubishi displayed a pre‑production version of the next‑generation Pajero at a limited event in Japan, inviting loyal owners to provide feedback. The model retains the brand’s ladder‑frame architecture, offering a rugged off‑road character while adding a modern, premium cabin with beige soft‑touch interior trim.

The company announced that the new Pajero will be officially presented globally in autumn 2026, with Australian deliveries expected by the end of the year. Mitsubishi also confirmed plans to bring the vehicle to Taiwan through import sales, positioning it to compete with large SUV rivals such as the Toyota Land Cruiser.
