Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Dojimahama Premier to open in 2027

Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management have announced the opening of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Dojimahama Premier on February 26, 2027. Located in the Dojima area of Osaka's Kita Ward, the hotel will occupy floors 25 through 31 of a new 161-meter skyscraper built on the site of the former Furukawa Osaka Building.

The hotel features 220 guest rooms with an average size of approximately 30 square meters, offering panoramic views of the Dojima River, Osaka Castle, and Osaka Bay. Facilities include a guest lounge, a terrace, and a restaurant and bar named ‘BABEL,’ operated by Zetton Inc., which will specialize in grilled dishes such as T-bone and Tomahawk steaks.

Reservations for the new hotel are scheduled to open on August 26, 2026. Additionally, the existing Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier, located approximately 10 minutes away, is expected to be renamed Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Nakanoshima Premier to coincide with the new opening.
