Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Dojimahama Premier development
Overview
Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management have announced the upcoming opening of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Dojimahama Premier, scheduled for February 26, 2027. The hotel will be situated in the Dojima district of Osaka, occupying floors 25 through 31 of the Park Tower Osaka Dojimahama, a 161-meter skyscraper built on the former Furukawa Osaka Building site.
The property is planned to feature 220 guest rooms, including superior twins, king rooms, and junior suites, with an average size of approximately 30 square meters. Facilities will include a terrace, a guest lounge, a fitness room, and a laundry room. A restaurant and bar named ‘BABEL’, operated by Zetton Inc., will specialize in grilled dishes and wine.
The hotel aims to compete with international upscale brands such as Hilton’s DoubleTree, Marriott’s Courtyard, and IHG’s voco by leveraging its high-floor views of the Dojima River, Osaka Castle, and Osaka Bay. Additionally, the existing Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier is expected to be renamed Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Nakanoshima Premier to coincide with this new opening.
