Indonesia mobile SIM and Samsat services operate across multiple regions

Mobile service units for driver's license (SIM) and vehicle tax (Samsat) renewals are operating across several Indonesian regions, including Jakarta, West Java, Yogyakarta, and Bali.

In Jakarta and the surrounding Jabodetabek area, SIM Keliling services are available at various locations such as malls and public squares to facilitate the renewal of SIM A and SIM C licenses. Similarly, Samsat Keliling units are providing mobile vehicle tax and STNK validation services across 14 points in the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi regions.

In West Java, Bandung is hosting mobile SIM services at locations including Pasar Koja and Batununggal. In the Yogyakarta region, services are scheduled in Sleman (Condongcatur) and Bantul (MPP Manding). In Bali, Samsat Keliling services are active in Denpasar, Tabanan, Buleleng, and Gianyar to assist with vehicle tax payments.

For SIM renewals, applicants must provide an original e-KTP, the original SIM, and pass required health and psychological tests. Total costs for SIM C renewals in 2026 include the official non-tax state revenue (PNBP) fee of Rp75,000, plus additional costs for medical and psychological examinations, which can bring the total to approximately Rp260,000.
