Indonesia mobile driver's license renewal services available across multiple regions

Various regions in Indonesia are providing mobile driver's license (SIM) and vehicle tax (Samsat) renewal services throughout August 2026 to increase public access.

In Jakarta and surrounding areas including Bogor, Bekasi, and Bandung, mobile SIM services are operating at several locations such as malls and community hubs. In Jakarta, services are available in East, West, South, North, and Central Jakarta. In Bandung, locations include Tenth Avenue and ITC Kebon Kelapa. These services specifically handle renewals for SIM A and SIM C types that are still valid.

In the Yogyakarta region, Polresta Sleman and Polda DIY are offering services at Satpas, the Sleman Public Service Mall (MPP), and various malls like Jogja City Mall and Ramai Mall. Similarly, in Bantul, mobile bus services are scheduled at various village offices and local government complexes.

In Bali, Samsat Keliling services are available in Denpasar, Jembrana, Karangasem, and Buleleng to assist with motor vehicle tax payments.

To use these mobile services, applicants must generally provide an original and photocopy of their ID (e-KTP), their current valid driver's license, a health certificate, and proof of a psychological test. Users are advised to arrive early due to high demand and limited daily quotas.
