Mobile Veterinary Clinic Provides Free Pet Care in Guanandizão, Brazil

From 3 to 7 August, the Superintendência de Bem‑Estar Animal (SUBEA) will operate a mobile veterinary clinic at the Ginásio Guanandizão in Campo Grande, offering free services for dogs and cats. Residents can receive clinical consultations, rabies vaccinations, deworming, tick treatments and an evaluation required for sterilisation. The unit will serve 15 daily appointments for consultations and another 15 for sterilisation assessments, allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Participants must present a photo ID, proof of residence in the capital and an up‑to‑date CadÚnico number. After the initial week, the clinic will move to Jardim Carioca (10‑14 August) and then to Jardim Aeroporto (17‑21 August). The program aims to decentralise animal‑health assistance and reduce expenses for local families.
