Modern Construction Show 2026 to focus on industrialization in Brazil

The Modern Construction Show (MCS) 2026 is scheduled to take place from September 29 to October 1 at Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo. The event aims to discuss how industrialization can modernize and drive sustainable growth within the Brazilian construction sector.

Key topics for the event include increasing productivity, reducing reliance on on-site activities, integrating construction systems, and mitigating environmental impacts. Discussions will also address labor shortages and the importance of early project decisions to improve predictability and performance.

Organized by Francal, the event is co-realized by the Brazilian Association of Metal Construction (ABCEM), the Brazilian Association of Industrialized Concrete Construction (Abcic), and the Brazilian Association of Engineered Wood Industrialized Construction (ABRACIME). Additionally, the São Paulo regional branch of the Brazilian Association of Architecture Offices (AsBEA-SP) will host a seminar focused on architecture, sustainability, and ESG integration.
