Modeste Yerbanga donates 20 tonnes of cement to Faso Mêbo

Former Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries, Dr. Modeste Yerbanga, has donated 20 tonnes of cement, equivalent to approximately 400 bags, to the Faso Mêbo initiative in the Nazinon region.

The donation, valued at roughly 2.5 million CFA francs, was officially received in Manga by the Governor of the Nazinon region, Yvette Nacoulma, on August 28, 2026. The contribution aims to support the development of regional infrastructure under the presidential initiative launched by Captain Ibrahim Traoré.

Dr. Yerbanga stated that the donation is a response to calls from the Head of State and regional authorities to support collective development. He described the Faso Mêbo initiative as a symbol of solidarity, patriotism, and collective progress, urging other citizens to contribute to improving living conditions through the program.
