Moldova hosts autumn camp for over 150 novice teachers

More than 150 novice teachers in their first or second year of activity are participating in the “Sunt PRO, sunt PROfesor” autumn camp in Moldova. Held from October 28 to 30, 2026, this third edition of the event serves as a professional support and learning space for young education specialists.

The camp is organized by the Ministry of Education and Research and the National Institute for Education and Leadership, in collaboration with the Association of Novice Teachers. The program focuses on practical skills, including adapting learning processes to individual child needs, managing difficult classroom situations, communicating effectively with parents, and building trust with students.

Additionally, the training aims to help educators maintain motivation within the teaching profession and contribute to the social image of teachers. Lucia Argint, head of the Evaluation and Monitoring Section in General Education at the Ministry, stated that the goal is for participants to return to their classrooms inspired and capable of providing professional growth for their students.
