Moldova reforms schools, expands education, maritime push

Overview

In late July, Moldova’s government reiterated that its national ship register remains empty despite removal from the EU maritime blacklist, and outlined plans to harmonise legislation, attract vessels, generate tax revenue and eventually open maritime schools for displaced Ukrainians.
