Moldova launches teacher training initiative for national exams

The Ministry of Education and Research (MEC) and ANCE have launched a new initiative to develop and strengthen the evaluation skills of teachers involved in organizing and conducting national exams in Moldova. Participation is voluntary and open to all interested educators.

The program targets both the national graduation exams for gymnasium students across all disciplines and the national baccalaureate exam. For the baccalaureate, activities will focus on Romanian language and literature, Russian language and literature, Romanian for non-native speakers, English, and French.

The initiative follows a three-stage process: voluntary registration, testing and evaluation in Chișinău, and subsequent training based on individual needs. The goal is to ensure the uniform application of evaluation criteria, promote objectivity and transparency, prevent fraud, and ensure equal opportunities for students.
