Moldova reorganizes cadastral service delivery locations
Starting October 1, the provision of cadastral services in several localities across Moldova will undergo changes due to the reorganization of the service delivery system. Following the separation of the Public Institution Cadastre of Real Estate into an independent entity in January 2024, services are being gradually transferred from the Public Services Agency (ASP) multifunctional centers to the Cadastre's own territorial offices.
In 23 localities, cadastral counters at ASP multifunctional centers will close, and citizens must visit the territorial offices of the Public Institution Cadastre of Real Estate. These locations include Bălți, Basarabeasca, Briceni, Cahul, Cantemir, Călărași, Căușeni, Ceadîr-Lunga, Dondușeni, Drochia, Edineț, Fălești, Glodeni, Hîncești, Nisporeni, Orhei, Rezina, Sîngerei, Soroca, Ștefan Vodă, Taraclia, Ungheni, and Vulcănești.
However, cadastral services will continue to be available at both the Cadastre's territorial offices and the ASP multifunctional centers in Chișinău (all five centers) and the following districts: Anenii Noi, Cimișlia, Comrat, Criuleni, Florești, Ialoveni, Leova, Ocnița, Rîșcani, Șoldănești, Strășeni, and Telenești.
