Moldova universities open admissions for new English-language and cross-border programmes
The State University of Moldova (USM) has launched an English‑taught bachelor programme called “World Economy and International Economic Relations”. Admissions start on 27 July and candidates can select up to three programmes at up to three Moldovan universities through the e‑Admitere platform; the order of choices and the financing option may affect placement. Rector Otilia Dandara highlighted that USM serves around 15 000 students across 14 faculties.
At the same time, the Faculty of Transborder Studies of Romania’s “Dunărea de Jos” University in Galaţi opened enrolment for its Moldovan centres. The university is offering 280 bachelor places and more than 400 master’s places for students who wish to study without leaving Moldova.
