Moldova launches university admission session for 2026‑2027 academic year

The admission cycle for higher education in the Republic of Moldova opened on 27 July 2026. Candidates can file their dossiers online through the eAdmitere.gov.md platform or directly at the chosen university between 27 July and 1 August. Each applicant may apply to up to three universities and select up to three programmes per institution.

Application files are verified from 2 to 6 August, with intermediate results posted on 8 August. Final results are scheduled for 14 August; if any budget places remain unfilled, a supplemental round will run from 15 to 24 August. The state finances 9 013 budget places for the 2026‑2027 year, of which 5 380 are allocated to bachelor and integrated programmes.

Education Minister Dan Perciun opened the session, urging graduates to apply and noting that modernised infrastructure, equipped laboratories and increased scholarships will be in place from 1 September.
