Adriana Karembeu granted shared custody of daughter in Monaco court ruling

The Court of First Instance in Monaco has issued a provisional ruling regarding the custody of 8-year-old Nina, daughter of former model Adriana Karembeu and businessman Aram Ohanian. The court granted Karembeu shared custody, allowing her to have the child for half of the time, including alternating weeks during the school term and shared holidays.

However, the ruling maintains Nina's primary residence in Marrakech, Morocco, to ensure stability and continuity in her education at an American school. The court rejected Karembeu's request to relocate the child to Monaco, as well as Ohanian's request for sole custody.

Financially, the court denied Karembeu's request for €10,000 in monthly child support, noting that Ohanian already covers all the child's educational, medical, and extracurricular expenses. Karembeu expressed relief, stating the decision confirms her “essential role” in her daughter's life, while Ohanian viewed the verdict as a victory regarding the child's residence and financial arrangements.
