Adriana Karembeu and Aram Ohanian custody dispute

Former model Adriana Karembeu has been involved in ongoing legal disputes with her former partner, Aram Ohanian, concerning parental obligations and the welfare of their daughter, Nina.

In September 2026, the Court of First Instance in Monaco issued a provisional ruling on the custody case. The court granted joint parental authority and shared custody, allowing Karembeu to have the child for half of the time, including alternating weeks during the school term and shared holidays. However, the court determined that Nina’s primary residence will remain in Marrakech, Morocco, to maintain her established routine and continuity at an American school.

The ruling rejected Karembeu’s request to move the child to Monaco and denied Ohanian’s request for exclusive custody. Regarding financial matters, the court denied Karembeu’s request for €10,000 in monthly child support, noting that Ohanian remains responsible for the child’s educational, medical, and extracurricular expenses.

Following the verdict, Karembeu expressed relief, stating the decision confirms her “essential role” in her daughter’s life, while Ohanian viewed the ruling as a victory regarding the child’s residence and financial arrangements.
