Monaco Schools Record 99.5% Pass Rate in 2026 Baccalauréat Exams

Monaco’s secondary schools achieved an overall 99.5% pass rate in the 2026 baccalauréat session, with Lycée Albert‑Ier and Lycée François d’Assise – Nicolas Barré reaching a perfect 100% in the general streams. Technological streams also posted 100% pass rates, and Lycée Rainier‑III’s professional streams recorded a 97.3% pass rate. Across all streams, 324 distinctions were awarded, including 53 "Très Bien" mentions.

In Guinea, the correction of the 2026 baccalauréat exams was completed at the Lycée 1er mars de Matam in Conakry. The National Education Union (SNE) reported that exam correctors and other staff have not received promised bonuses of 2,000,000 GNF, forcing some to sleep in classroom spaces. The union demanded immediate payment, warning of possible legal actions if the delays persist.
