Monk Jazz Club celebrates 10 years with new season in Catania

The Monk Jazz Club in Catania is launching its “10 Years Together” special season, marking a decade of activity for the venue managed by the Algos association. The autumn-winter season begins on October 9 and 10 with four performances of “Blue Island Echoes,” featuring saxophonist Francesco Cafiso, Dino Rubino on piano and trumpet, Nello Toscano on double bass, and Enzo Zirilli on drums.

Several of the scheduled concerts are already sold out. The event is part of the “Cantieri d’arte. Alle periferie del centro” project, supported by the Municipality of Catania and funded by the Ministry, which aims to use culture as a tool for social inclusion and cohesion.
