Monk Jazz Club 10th anniversary in Catania

Overview

The Monk Jazz Club in Catania, managed by the Algos association, is marking its 10th anniversary through a series of commemorative events. The celebration began with a four-day event titled ‘10 Years Together’ in mid-September, which included a photographic exhibition by Alessia Spampinato and live performances.

Following the anniversary festivities, the club transitioned into its autumn-winter season starting October 9. This new season features the ‘Blue Island Echoes’ performance series and is part of the ‘Cantieri d’arte. Alle periferie del centro’ project, a government-funded initiative aimed at using culture for social inclusion and cohesion.
