Monsoon alerts issued for Delhi and Narmadapuram

Heavy rainfall and thunderstorm alerts have been issued for Delhi and Narmadapuram. In Delhi, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts moderate rain and lightning from morning through the afternoon, with intermittent light showers expected to continue into the evening. Residents have been advised to exercise caution during thunderstorms.

In Narmadapuram, the monsoon is expected to remain active for the next three days, with heavy rainfall forecasted specifically for August 25 and 26. While the rain may benefit Kharif crops such as soybean and maize, authorities have warned of rising water levels in rivers and drains, advising residents in low-lying areas to remain vigilant.
