Montaigu‑Vendée (France) hires maintenance agent for municipal building upkeep

The Montaigu‑Vendée community of agglomeration announced a vacancy for one full‑time maintenance and works agent (plumber‑heating) to service its municipal building stock. The permanent Category C position reports to the maintenance team leader and involves routine plumbing, heating and sanitary system work, as well as supporting tasks in electricity, alarm and lighting to ensure building functionality. Recruitment will be carried out either by statutory or contract route, with the appointment expected as soon as possible.

Montaigu‑Vendée is part of the Terres de Montaigu agglomeration, which was created on 1 January 2022 and serves a population of about 20 000. The community highlights sustainable development and energy transition as core priorities for its public services.
