Montenegrin Government transfers Army Home building to Pljevlja Municipality

The Government of Montenegro has decided to transfer the Army Home (Dom vojske) facility to the Municipality of Pljevlja. This decision enables the reconstruction of the former military building into a sports and tourism center.

Local representatives from the Europe Now Movement (PES) stated that the project aims to create accommodation for athletes, fostering sports tourism and stimulating the local economy. The reconstruction is part of a broader strategic recovery plan for Pljevlja, which includes other infrastructure projects such as city heating and the construction of a new hospital.
