The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) of Montenegro has filed requests with the High Court in Podgorica for the permanent seizure of assets belonging to high-ranking members of the Kavač clan.

The requests target Slobodan Kašćelan, Igor Božović, and Dragan Knežević, who were recently sentenced for criminal organization and drug trafficking. The SDT seeks to confiscate real estate totaling at least 10,399 square meters across Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Cetinje, and Podgorica, including residential buildings, apartments, houses, and land.

Additionally, the SDT has requested the seizure of assets from fugitive clan leader Radoje Zvicer. This request includes armored vehicles and real estate covering at least 54,567 square meters in Podgorica, Kotor, and Herceg Novi, including business premises, orchards, and pools.
