Montenegro water polo team reaches Mediterranean Games final

The Montenegro men's water polo team has advanced to the final of the Mediterranean Games in Taranto after a 15:14 victory over Spain. Despite trailing early and facing a late surge from the Spanish side, Montenegro maintained a lead to secure their sixth medal of the games. Đuro Radović and Strahinja Gojković were the top scorers for Montenegro with four goals each. Montenegro will face Italy in the final.

In other sporting news from the games, Montenegrin karateka Jovana Damjanović secured a silver medal in the +68 kg category after a 4:3 loss to Portugal's Ana Rita Ferreira de Oliveira. Additionally, Balša Vojinović earned a bronze medal in the men's 60 kg karate category.
