Montenegro offers €1 million for info on Zvicer and Milović

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro has offered a total of one million euros for information leading to the location and arrest of Radoje Zvicer and Ljubo Milović. The reward is split equally, with 500,000 euros offered for credible information on each individual.

Zvicer, identified as the leader of the ‘Kavač clan’, has been a fugitive since 2021, while Milović, a former police officer, has been on the run since 2022. Both face charges for multiple serious criminal offenses.

Observers note that the decision to issue such a high reward may be linked to the activities of an individual using the name Miloš Medenica on Telegram. Sources suggest that information published by this persona, which has frequently proven accurate, appears to originate from within the security system itself. This has raised concerns regarding the continued presence of collaborators within the state apparatus who maintain contact with organized crime structures.
