Montenegro offers €1 million reward for Kavač clan leader and police official

The Montenegrin Ministry of Internal Affairs has offered a reward of one million euros for information leading to the location and arrest of Radoje Zvicer, leader of the ‘Kavač clan’, and police official Ljuba Milović.

Several other high-profile fugitives linked to organized crime remain at large. These include individuals associated with the ‘Škaljari clan’ and ‘Kavač clan’, such as Vuk Lalatović and Nikola Drecun. Other fugitives include Igor Vukotić, Stefan Janković, and Miloš Medenica.

Recent incidents highlight the danger posed by these groups; Boban Sjekloća, identified by police as a leader of the ‘Škaljari clan’, was killed near Trsteno beach. Additionally, individuals such as Filip Ivanović and Filip Knežević, who were wanted by both Serbian and Montenegrin authorities, have also been killed in separate incidents.
