The Montenegrin Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced a 500,000 euro reward for information that leads to the direct location, finding, and arrest of Radoje Zvicer. Zvicer, a 42-year-old Montenegrin citizen, is identified as a key leader of the Kavač clan, one of the region's most powerful drug trafficking organizations.

Zvicer is currently the subject of an Interpol red notice. He is suspected of involvement in a wide range of serious crimes, including the creation of a criminal organization, multiple murders, attempted murder, drug production and trafficking, money laundering, and illegal possession of weapons and explosives.

Authorities emphasized that the reward will only be granted for information that is accurate, verifiable, and provides a decisive contribution to a successful police operation. To ensure security, the identity of any informant will be fully protected. The reward is not available to police officers, their immediate family members, or individuals involved in the crimes for which Zvicer is sought. The final decision regarding the payout will be made by the Montenegrin government upon the Ministry's recommendation.
