Montenegro offers 500,000 euros for information on Radoje Zvicer
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro has announced a reward of 500,000 euros for information leading to the direct location, finding, and arrest of Radoje Zvicer. Zvicer, a 42-year-old Montenegrin national and alleged leader of the Kavač clan, is currently the subject of an Interpol red notice.
Zvicer is suspected of involvement in several serious crimes, including the creation of a criminal organization, murder, attempted murder by incitement, unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotics, illegal possession of weapons and explosives, and money laundering. He has previously received prison sentences in Montenegro related to criminal proceedings.
The reward will only be granted for information that is accurate, verifiable, and of decisive importance to police operations. To ensure confidentiality, information must be delivered personally to the Director of the Police Administration, the Assistant Director for Combating Crime, or the Head of the Special Police Department. The identity of informants will be fully protected, though the reward excludes police officers, their immediate families, or individuals involved in the crimes in question.
