Montenegro police fine Serbian entertainer Desingerica for nightclub minors’ alcohol violation

On the night of 18 July 2026, officers from the Bar Security Unit in Montenegro, together with foreign‑personnel inspectors, raided a night club in Sutomore. They identified three Serbian nationals – entertainer Dragomir Despić, known as Desingerica, and two others – who were fined €200 each for being in Montenegro without proper identity documents, in breach of the Law on Foreigners.

The inspection also uncovered that the venue served alcohol to 11 minors and operated without a licence. The club and its responsible parties were fined a total of €11,200 for violations of public order and the illegal service of alcohol to under‑age patrons. Police urged parents and youth organisations to report any inappropriate behaviour by Despić toward minors.
